Frozen Lakes

We didn't think it would happen, warm weather, the ice season cancelled, and then it got cold...

Here we are on the eve of another short and sweet ice racing season. Andy de Boon and Sean Finn have built the fastest smoothest track i have seen in years. Many many hours of hard work have gone into this weekend and for all involved thanks for your efforts. Ice racing can't happen without the support of all of you. Good luck everyone lets have a good clean safe few weeks on the ice.

The sun just starts to rise over the horizon and the temperature is hovering around minus fifteen Celsius (-15 C and -18 C with wind).  It's a chilly morning as we roll in and start to unpack.

We are often asked why we do this - why we do what we do? The answer though short is simple - race track.

We're told the NASCC organizer slaved through over 60 hours in plowing the track and clearing a road for us to have some fun. The result is a smooth and slippery track with rumors of a neon being able to reach fifth gear...

We hope the rumor's are true as this will mean the Integra Type R (DC4) can stretch it's legs.
